Joni Esson

Director
Joni is a Director and the Head of the Residential Conveyancing team bringing over 18 years’ conveyancing experience. Supporting clients throughout Scotland, her expertise includes the handling of the contractual and conveyancing aspects of residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages and security work, and the conveyancing associated with matrimonial, executry and wealth management matters. Joni is a Notary Public.

Joe Bowie

Chief Operating Officer
Joe specialises in growing legal services providers, which has included expanding a law firm from a single UK jurisdiction, to a multi-jurisdictional offering. He has worked for many of the UK’s largest banks and building societies, leading the delivery of property law, asset management and litigation services. His background and experience has offered him significant exposure and a deep understanding of regulation, compliance and governance in both the legal and financial sectors.

Martin Hasyn

Director
Martin has more than 15 years’ experience, specialising in wealth and succession planning, with a particular focus on business owners and entrepreneurs. He also has developed expertise in dealing with large and complex estate administration matters, specifically those that have a business or overseas element. Martin has been appointed as an independent executor and trustee in a number of disputed estates to assist with the resolution of the estate.

Alistair Scott-Somers

Director
Alistair works closely with owner-managers of businesses, family owned businesses and management teams on improving, funding and maximising the value of their businesses with particular focus on PE backed transactions. He has extensive experience of the transactions in the care, technology, food, leisure and chemicals sectors.
